Piers you say?

Say what you like about Piers Morgan, but he is one of the most talked about newspaper editors of our time!
Now he is more of a 'celebrity,' being one of the judges on Britain's Got Talent and writing a column for the Daily Mail's Live magazine, on the weekend.

I think he's great. If I ever met him I would tell him so. He speaks his mind, doesn't give a toss what anybody thinks (or says) about him which is to be admired! I mean, he has many a celebrity enemy, the latest one being Stephen Fry who called him a 'pleb.'

What he said in his column, as a response to Fry saying (about MP's expenses): "It's not that important, it really isn't," was absolutely spot on. Pier's stated that MPs buying porn, bath plugs and second homes is a bloody big deal, and cannot be compared to journalists and other staff members fiddling their expenses. It is absolutely NOT the same! The greasy fat cats are stealing from the poor taxpayer where as the hacks steal from their rich companies.

I thoroughly enjoy reading Pier's column 'The Insider.' It is witty, humourous and allows us an insight into Pier's often glamourous and surreal world. If you get a chance, you must read it :D
