THE GREAT M&S 1 PENNY SALE!

I bet you thought I was gonna write how amazing it is, that a shop could sell items for 1p.
And we thought you couldn't get any cheaper than those Pound shops! But, no, the M&S 10 sale to mark it's 125th anniversary, in short is crap.

The catch is that you can only buy up to 5 items, and there is a small list of what you can buy. This includes:

a mug
tie
sweets
frisbee
cufflinks
drink
beach ball
socks
tea towel
purse
knickers
scarf.

Now how many of these items are worth more than 1p really? Remember a lot of stuff is made by third world countries, with poor third world children earning that amount for half a days work. Plus we are taxed 17.5% so everything we buy didn't cost THAT much to make anyway.
I mean, how many flippin knickers are made everyday? Millions and millions I imagine. I bet there's a special knicker dump, really!
